12 Lessons for Discipleship

If you have been a Christian for very long you have probably heard words like “disciple” and “discipling” used in different contexts.  What does the word “disciple” mean?

There are a lot of ideas about what a disciple may be. In the bible, a disciple is presented as someone who follows after the life and teaching of Christ. This class will consider the last command of Jesus, to go and make disciples. As followers of Jesus ourselves, we have a keen interest in knowing how we can best walk in that command – to make disciples.

The Sovereignty of God & the Doctrine of Grace

What’s at stake if we get biblical doctrine wrong? Worship: The ultimate priority of the entire universe, especially of human beings made in God’s image to love and enjoy Him forever. The objective of this class is to know God as He has revealed Himself in His Word, specifically in the ways He has shown us His sovereignty in redeeming sinners, and let that have its effect of fanning the flames of our affection for Him. After all, we won’t worship a God we don’t love, and we can’t love a God we don’t know.
